Shipping and Return Policy

Return Policy
We know that not all items will fit & exchanges are sometimes needed.  Please read our Return Policy below to proceed with a return.

  • All items must be received within 14 days of the original shipment day for store return. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returns unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).  
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, un-washed, smoke-free, pet-hair-free condition. (no makeup or deodorant stains accepted)
  • All items must be returned with their original tags attached and hygienic liner.  Items returned without original tags and hygienic liner are not in compliance with our return policy and will be refused. 

 
If you need to return an item, please contact nfswimwear@yahoo.com and include your order number to be eligible for a return. 

 

Shipping

NFSwimwear ships to the United States.  We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, Canada, International countries, as well as P.O. Boxes.

Please double check your shipping address. NFSwimwear is not responsible for any mistakes. If there are any returned packages, the customer will be responsible for any returned shipping fees.

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen. If you believe to have a lost package please file a claim with USPS.

All orders are packaged and processed within 15 working days. Based on your location, orders can take up to a week to be delivered. If you do not receive your package in a week, please email us to let use know and we will be glad to help.
